Dr. Dhaliwal and his team are extremely knowledgeable, caring, detail orientated and just great throughout the entire hair restoration process. The consultation was very easy, especially since I was Edmonton based. They used various sets of pictures and asked me my concerns and expectations, nothing was to small to be discussed and Dr. Dhaliwal provided his personal mobile for follow up questions. The day of the procedure was an early start, but the team of nurses and Dr Dhaliwal were prepared and actually in great spirits for 6am. A detailed process and checklist were followed, Dr Dhaliwal addressed all my concerns again and made a detailed plan and layout on my scalp. Making sure I was aware of the plan and final outcome. The procedure was very long, but pain management and comfort were handled very well by the team of nurses and Dr Dhaliwal. Lunch was provided and I was well taken care of during this break time. Procedure finished as expected in the early evening. Aftercare following the procedure has been excellent and my expected results for the 6month mark are exactly what I was informed at the beginning of my consultation with Dr Dhaliwal. They give adequate instructions post operation. Can't wait to see the results in a new months ! Highly recommend. Initially quoted me for 2500 grafts, but ended up using closer to 2700. Didnt charge me the difference, great guy!

I had a great experience with this team. I lost majority of the hair in my eyebrows years ago and Dr. Dhaliwal and his team presented alternative options, compassionate clear care instructions both before and after my procedure.
